Ramwolf

This is a git patch that changes stuff that can't be configured with switches. The idea is to make badwolf behave similarly to (the now obsolete) Rambox.

The changes are mainly switching the tab position from top to the left, enabling javascript by default, adding some blank tabs as separators and changing persistant storage folder location. I also run Ramwolf with a lot of the switches: -nl -c -t -u -p -g
