Bump got and npm in /website/themes/reveal-hugo (#120)
Removes [got](https://github.com/sindresorhus/got). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [npm](https://github.com/npm/cli). These dependencies need to be updated together.
Removes `got`
Updates `npm` from 6.14.6 to 8.19.2
