## Chopsticks
* How it began
Well in school a classmate showed the finger game "Chopsticks" and it got kind of popular. But, you know, you need your fingers to play it, so it is a bit more challenging to play it on a computer. That's how I decided to make it.
* Coding it
The main game was made in Visual Basic, only because at the time the only graphics coding knowledge was in VB.Net forms. There is also a crude C# version, because I was learning VB.Net forms in school but I was also learning C#, so I wanted to exercise a bit my C# skills.
* Goals
Well I wanted just to make something cool, I had never done anything remotely close to that, so it posed an interesting challenge.
* Mechanics that needed to be implemented
- Player turns
- Adding your fingers to the opponents hand
- Changing pictures, depending on amount of fingers
- Hand unavailability if all 5 fingers are extended
- Transfer of fingers between two hands (this turned out to be the most complex part)
- Detect and end game if the two players are in a endless loop
