fix(heirline): Force nocombine on all highlight groups
StatusLine hightlight group has the "reverse" attribute on it. I do not
know what happened, but after version 0.9 it seems that the attributes
of StatusLine gets combined with the specific item highlight group. I
guess this was a bug before?
